Born and raised in Los Angeles, I am inspired by street art, multiculturalism, and feminism.  I am also interested in animals - horses, mice, fish - and exploring their forms, movement, and moods.  I began with sketching and charcoal, and have progressed to oil painting.  I like to explore concepts related to fertility and my principal interest is to make the unseen, seen.
